Spinning Chain & Cathead Chain

Spinning Chain & Cathead Chain

Regular link spinning chain is forged from a special analysis alloy steel. An abrasive resistant hardness on the cathead chain surface is achieved by a special controlled heat treating process. Extra short links assure greater pipe contact and greater gripping power. 1/4" spinning chain has a 3500 lb working load limit, 5/16" spinning chain has a 4500 lb working load limit, 3/8" spinning chain has a 7100 lb working load limit.

Our cathead chain is forged from the same special analysis alloy steel as our spinning chain. Likewise, an abrasive resistant hardness on the cathead chain surface is achieved by a special controlled heat treating process. Contact us today for more information.
Chain Connecting Link

Chain Connecting Links

Chain Connecting Links are engineered to connect a chain to an end piece or to connect two chains. Our chain links are inexpensive and high quality. We have a large variety of connecting links to fit a variety of chains.
Chain Connectors

Chain Connectors

We carry chain connectors able to handle many different sizes and styles of roller chain. Roller chain sizes include 1-1/4" to 2-1/4", all API standard chain, and multi-width chain.
Manifold Fittings

Manifold Fittings

We carry 10 different styles of manifold fittings. Sizes available include: 2", 3", 4", and 5". Working pressures range from 3,000 psi to 5,000 psi. Test pressures range up to 10,000 psi. Each fitting can be supplied with either Schedule 160 / Schedule XX buttweld end connections or line pipe threads. Special connections available upon request.

Types include: 160° Standpipe Gooseneck w/ top outlet, Long Sweep Y, Long Sweep Full Flow Cross, 180° Standpipe Gooseneck, 160° Standpipe Gooseneck, Long Sweep Tee, Long Sweep Full Flow Tee, 90° Long Sweep Ells, 90° Long Sweep Ells (2" outlet), 45° Long Sweep Ells

Mud Guard      Oil Guard

Mud Guards and Oil Guards

Mud guards save lost drilling fluids, thus reducing the potential for accidents due to slippery rig floors, and reducing labor for rig wash down. Our mud guards come in two models : MG-800 and MG-600. Both models can be supplied with either neoprene or nitrile end and side seals. The MG-600 (6' x 10-3/4") mud guard and can handle drill pipe sizes that range from 2-3/8" to 5-1/2". The MG-800 (6'. x 16") mud guard can handle larger volumes of line fluids. It is designed for drill pipe sizes that range from 2-3/8" to 6-5/8".

Oil guards are proven effective in saving lost oil as well as protecting the environment. Just like mud guards, end and side seals are available in either neoprene or nitrile compounds. The MG-500 (4' x 6") oil guard is designed to handle tubing sizes from 2-3/8" to 3-1/2".

Straps

Balancing straps make the elevators easier to handle and reduce fatigue by keeping the center-latch elevators balanced in any position. The metal loop attaches to the elevator handle, and the strap attaches to the link with a U-bolt assembly.

Tong pull-back straps function as a spring to automatically relocate tongs to the side of the floor between each breakout or makeup. Hook one loop of the tong over the line pin at the end of a manual tong arm. Secure the other end loop with a mooring line to a convenient location. For proper operation, the pull-back needs only to be slightly stretched.
Hose Hobble single      Hose Hobble double

Hose Hobbles

Hose Hobbles function to secure ends of high pressure and rotary hoses to protect against accident in case the hose connection fails. They are made up of 5/16" heat-treated alloy steel chain and formed steel clamps which clamp on the hose. On average, these hose hobbles have a 10,500 lb breaking strength.
Wireline Equipment

Wireline Equipment

We carry a wide range of wireline turnback components, wireline guide hanging assemblies, and complete wireline guide units and for most angle or beam type derricks. We also have replacement rollers for BJ model code Roliguide. Please contact us today for more information about our wireline components.
Washpipe

Washpipe

All washpipe passes complete inspection for workmanship and quality. These washpipes are made from high quality alloy steel, hard-surfaced in all areas of critical-wear, for wear and corrosion resistance, and they are precision ground for exact alignment of all packing areas, threads and flanges.
Washpipe Packing

Washpipe Packing

Washpipe Packing is made from a synthetic and fabric composition which has been impregnated with a rubber compound highly resistant to abrasion, oil, and water. Also available is single-unit washpipe packing, for use with swivels that require packing via cartridge-style (available with special adapter rings).
